Ronald Adams is traveling cross-country in his Ford V8. So apparently is the Hitchhiker, who Adams sees as he leaves the city – and who Adams continues to see at every bend in the road. What supernatural force allows the Hitchhiker to beat Adams along the route to California? What does he want with Adams? “Helloo! Helloo!” wails the Hitchhiker. Adams, and you too, will be too scared acknowledge his pleas in this bloodcurdling tale of suspense.
